"Lake homes, weekend cabins, and Hill Country living on Medina Lake — MC 1 Plumbing serves Lakehills homeowners."
Lakehills is an unincorporated community in Bandera County on the eastern shore of Medina Lake, northwest of San Antonio. It's a mix of full-time homes, weekend getaways, and retirement properties on steep, rocky Hill Country lots, many with lake views, and life here follows the rise and fall of the lake. MC 1 Plumbing, led by Texas Responsible Master Plumber Daniel Windler (RMP M-43246), serves homeowners throughout Lakehills.
Homes that sit empty between weekends face a particular risk: a leak can run for days before anyone notices, and exposed pipes in cabins and crawl spaces are vulnerable to the occasional hard freeze. MC 1 locates hidden leaks, repairs frozen and damaged pipes, and upgrades outdoor faucets to freeze-resistant models. Older cabins that have been expanded over the years often have mixed pipe materials that need careful repairs.
Hard Hill Country water is tough on water heaters and fixtures, so water softeners and reverse osmosis systems are smart upgrades. If your home is on septic, we handle the drain lines inside and under the home and let you know when the tank itself needs a septic professional. MC 1 brings 30 years of experience and straight answers to every Lakehills home, whether you live there year-round or visit on the weekends.
